Asynchronous data refresh from Oracle 10.1.0.4 to 11.2.0.3 Oracle database

Dear!

I have two Oracle database Oracle 10.1.0.4 and Oracle 11.2.0.3

Since these are two different versions of the Oracle database, I can not reestablish Oracle Data Guard environment.

Would it require asynchronous data refresh from Oracle database 10.1.0.4 to 11.2.0.3 Oracle database

Is this possible and how?
