problem with charges submission for a charge line in one of SR

Hi,

We are facing a problem with charges submission for a charge line in one of SR.

Both charge lines are in 'Closed' status, but invoice got generated for one line only.

What can be the probable reason for this?How we can generate invoice number for second line now, as order number 10045192 is not coming in sales order LOV of AutoInvoice program.
