Adding XML/HTML tables to bursting control file

Hi,

I am trying to implement XML bursting where I want to display data in the body of the mail in a tabular format with proper formatting. In addition to this I would also like to send data as an attachment in the same mail.

Could you please let me know how this can be implemented using XML bursting. Please advice me how the bursting control file has to be modified to send the tabular data in the mail body and attachment in the same email.
