HOW TO: USE GLOBAL POLICY HYPERLINK IN EBS iEXPENSES

Hello fellow EBS iExpenses experts,

I want to use the "Global Policy" hyperlink found in Oracle EBS iExpenses user self-service expense reports home page. The Global Policy" hyperlink is found upper middle right corner of the self-service expense reports home page.

I have followed the User Guides, Implementation Guides documentation. The DBA and functional pieces of work / configuration are done. Now when I click on the "Global Policy" hyperlink, the URL page that I referenced in the oiepolicy.htm is displayed "kind of ugly" (for lack of a better term). The URL page comes up but all the fancy graphics and pictures are stripped away. The URL page (which is our Corporate Travel Dept's Home Page) comes up only with PLAIN TEXT and active hyperlinks. BUT ALL THE graphics and pictures and fonts are all gone.
