Looking for memory_target size advising

Dear Oracle,

I have a production database on Windows 2008 R2 64bit server, with 20GB RAM.

The DB will migrate onto a Virtual server, with same operation system.

Unfortunately, SA is going to reduce OS RAM on the Virtual server.

Please advise my DB memory can be decreased? How much is a reasonable size on both DB and OS?

pga_aggregate_target   =0

sga_target             =0

sessions =784

processes=500

transactions=862

maximum PGA allocated = 5.3G
