Taxes not calculating for Off Cycle in Interim Payment Workbench

Hello,

I am new to E1 and trying to run a test payroll via Interim Payment Work from our test environment.  Upon calc, I noticed that no taxes were calculated.  All of regular deductions (I.e. medical, dental, 401k, etc. came out.  Why is that?  What did I miss here?  Thanks!
