Can we change PO creation date

Hi,

Is there a possibility of changing PO creation date, Example i am creating a PO today(19-mar-2014) and if  i need old creation date as 1-jan-2014 is this possible?

I tired changing creation date by going to help>diagnostics>examine but after clicking approve button i re-verified PO creation date and i am able to see today's date instead if changed date.

Please suggest.
