Tunning query and my database

Hello Gurus,

    I would tune a query, I retrieved the query who is slow Then

1 - I created a task with this next option :

Tuning Task Name  : TASK_71402

Scope              : COMPREHENSIVE

Time Limit(seconds): 1800

Completion Status  : COMPLETED

Started at        : 03/19/2014 15:46:31

Completed at      : 03/19/2014 15:46:46

2 - after i executed this task

3 - I saw the advice then :

And i would know if my solution is only execute dbms_sqltune.accept_sql_profile or have i an other solution by create again my query ?  or an other solution ?
