Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Precompilers and OCI (MOSC)

ORA-22275: invalid LOB locator specified

I am getting this intermittently (about 10-20% of the time) when inserting a record into a table w/ a BLOB.

The table is partitioned by range on the id (an integer value) into two partitions.

Any thoughts?
