Customer update to SR lost due to timeout.
HI guys,
I had the following update from a customer in a SR (I'm a support analyst) and I let them know I'd pass their comments on to the MOS Community for followup.

Oh, BTW, the MOS time out for posting an update is messed up. I spent about 20 minutes creating a reply in the little Update SR popup; the reply involved both typing in the popup and cutting an pasting from other pages. When I clicked Post Update I was presented with a timeout message that only allowed me to click 'OK' to refresh the page -- which completely trashed my 20 minutes worth of work. I think I managed to mostly re-created my original reply -- in less than 20 minutes -- but I think if there's typing and cutting
