Install Base and iSupport related questions
(1) How can I enable SAVE or UPDATE button in install base page that appears under iSupport --> Account --> Product --> (select an instance by clicking on instance number)
The requirement is to allow iSupport users to update their own address for the owned installed base records. The user will open an instance in csiInstGeneralMain.jsp from iSupport. How can the address be changed for the instance ?
If address is not defined, we plan to have a text in there " please log an SR in iSupport to request Install location update"
