Error Starting RPAS Tools (v14.0.0.0.920 on nt)

Hi there,

I'm getting the following error after launching the Config Tools:

There was a problem starting the RPAS Tools:

There was an error initializing the RPAS Rule validation framework.

Expressions containing expressions or functions will not be properly validated.


I've extracted RPAS server and tools from the nt package of "p9033513_140_Generic". Did anyone ever face this issue before?

Also, while trying to install Grade I got the following error:

Started task : install(com.retek.ride.installer.tasks.InstallRPASlibraries)

ERROR : C:\Oracle\ARPOplatform-14.0.0.0.920.nt\ARPOplatform\14.0.0.0.920\nt\rpas\lib\rpasjni.dll: Can't load IA 32-bit .dll on a AMD 64-bit platform
