Can you create a Payment Process template with multiple payment methods

I am trying to create a payment template in 12.06 that can pull multiple payment methods . On the payment process profile i have defined the following payment methods Wire-Fed, Wire-Book, Wire Book Foreign Bank. I have then setup a payment template with the payment method left blank. I was expecting this to use the payment methods from the payment process profile however it pulled all payment methods. IS there a way to create a payment template with multiple payment methods
