Severe Performance Issue on EDW database

Hi All,

We are facing severe performance issues on both QA & PROD datawarehousing database.

We have around 300+ ETL workflow runs as part of nightly batch from informatica on the EDW database and business complaining everyday that the reports are delaying day by day.

I went through some of the tuning aspects of increasing SGA,PGA etc., on the QA database to see whether it helps in any manner. however it does not help much

Attached the AWR report generated during the high peak period performance issue.

Can somebody help me to troubleshoot the actual performance issue.

Also, if anybody can help me on the following, would be much appreciatted
