Unable to find the Script mentiornd in the Metalink note metioen in the Subject.

The script is as follow

"oeol_large_history.sql -- Find Lines with Large number of records in wf_item_activity_statuses_h (history) table"

Can you please let me know from where i can get this script or the correct Metalink note which direct to this Sctipt.
