Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi All,

Want to know the item image upload process in SIM. Could anyone help on this.

Whether the item image comes from RMS when the item is created or else what is the exact process.

Also a POS webservice is available to create item image. Is it created from POS end as well.
