catbundle.sql in RAC on all nodes

Hello,

Assume that I applied grind and oracle home patch on 2 nodes and I logged into the databases and triggered catbundle.sql.

My question is since oracle and grid home on 3rd nodes is not patched would the registry be update after running catbundle.sql.If it happens then if somebody logs in to instabce on 3rd node then the registry would be updated but oracle grid home is not patched which should not be the scenario.

Please suggest.
