currently we are using 11.1.1.3 but we have to migrate below items to 11.1.2.3 verson,

Hi,

currently we are using 11.1.1.3 but we have to migrate below items to 11.1.2.3 verson,

Metadata,

Rules,

security

Reports,

we have a sample application and sample above items  in 11.1.2.3

could you please let me know the best way to migrate the above items or we can extract  all the items from 11.1.1.3  and reload in 11.1.2.3

please helf me on this,
