Update Value on Second Task upon Completion of First Task

Hello,

We are facing difficulty in updating values on a newly created task.

First a task is generated when a field update is done on Custom Object01.

When the First Task is Completed, Second task is generated.

On the Second Task we are trying to update values on creation. This is not happening.

Can anyone please help on this?
