Shared Service Registration Fails in FDM

Hello Gurus,

I have distributed environment with the following architecture:

EPM Release: EPM 11.1.2.3

EPM Server: Foundation Components, Reporting and Analysis and all other web components which are deployed on HFM Server

HFM Server: HFM and FDM

The installation and configuration of EPM on both the servers went without any issues.

Configuration of FDM on the HFM server also went without any issues - Shared Service configuration under the Authentication Tab in the Load Balance Configuration was also completed successfully.

However today I tried to login to Workbench client and I was not able to login. Checking the Load Balance Configuration, under the Authentication tab, I found that the Shared services registration was getting failed in FDM.
