How to fix the Decimal Display issues. Need solution for fixing the issue other than modifying Stand

Hi

Many alias in DD are missing "2" for decimal places. The decimal Display is set to 0 from 2

We have done a fresh implementation of JDE with OBA. Even though OBA was setup with no multicurrency, once the PY instance was created, I discovered it was turned on. So I turned it off. We had a similar problem at a previous client from the OBA. Multicurrency was off however the currency code field was populated with "USD". DD was correct. But whenever we tried to create a Sales Order, it requested an exchange rate. To fix the problem we had to SQL out the "USD" from the F0010 to blanks. Everything worked after that for that previous client. For this client I noticed the "USD" again so
