No price history in sales detail

Hi Dear Concerned

I have a situation that Sales order is entered having Adjustment schedule attached , i don't see price history.  i went and looked at SO09 field is blank , SO18 is blank, Price override also blank.  Checked associated price detail  for the schedule- customer / items  are not expired.  i could not find what else possible reason could have caused this when i don't see any evidence. though i am not sure if i am missing.  .

Perhaps repricing can fix this but interested to know if you have idea on this possible cause.
