Ability to specify date arithmetic to pass to batch jobs

We currently have batch jobs such as R31802A on a scheduler entry and have left the G/L Date processing option blank meaning that the G/L entries will be posted with the run date of the UBE, this is fine except at period end when we require the ability to capture some of yesterday's transactions with yesterday's date (and hence last period) and others with today's date (hence this period)

This requires us to be able to submit the job with a date passed into the processing option value and that date to be based on arithmetic (i.e. Today minus 1 day)
