Why is the xml template for version 11.1.1.7 needs to be adjusted, although version 10.13.42 works j

I am creating an xml template as per attached.  I have a version 10.1.3.4.2 Build 132.  When I Preview in Excel--> it comes out perfectly fine.  (Rows and columns are all in good formatting!)

However, when we preview in version 11.1.1.6 or 11.1.1.7, Build 11.117.0.79 --> it comes out with rows and columns that need to be adjusted. The formatting is not correct!!).  Pls. see attached.


I would appreciate any help and an explanation on this issue.
