Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is it possible for the user to change the budget identified as the Control Value at will?

We would like to do comparison reporting on the mgmt approved budget and the different business scenario budgets.
