Can we install Oracle E-business Suite v12.1.3 on Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit?

Hello,

I would like to know if Oracle E-business Suite  12.1.3 can be installed on Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit?

From the cerfification matrix of  Oracle E-business Suite  12.1.3, Oracle mentioned that this version is certified forWindows 64-bit. But from the download website edelivery.oracle.com, I could not find this software package for windows 64-bit.
