How to create package item in Oracle inventory

We have a requirement where we want to create inventory items which are a collection of other items. For Eg. we want to declare an item A, which has multiple item as collections such as B, C, D etc. These items have variable quantity and are packaged in a single item. When ordering, we want to make a decision of whether to order a single item A or individual quantities of B, C, D.
