Overpicking should be allowed for specific item

Dear all,

We have to overpick the item than the required Qty in BOM.

Example:

Job No: XXX
Component Required: 8.5 Metres

The component that is required comes in a packing of 10 Metres only and the packing cannot be broken when the component is issued from Stores. Hence entire 10 Metres have to be issued out of which after the Job completion, 1.5 Metres will be returned.
