Adjust small variances in F41112

Hi to all

I need to know what is the best way to handle and adjust small variances in F41112

as an example, we have an item that we see in F41021 as having 0 KG quantity, but in ASOF it is having =,0061 KG and 0,04 € value

I tried to make an inventory adjustment of -0,0061 and 0,04 € value, but the system didn't allowed me as inventory will go negative

I think these differences are due managing the item in different units of measures

How is best to fix this?

could I simply enter the P41112A for the wrong record and fix it?
