Instalaltion RAC: Grid/CRS Installation Error while running root.sh

Hello,

I hope this is the correct section.

I'm installing RAC 11.2.0.3 on SLES11.

There are 2 nodes

I'm running the script first on node 1 everything went fine until this came up:

Failed to create voting files on disk group ASM.

Change to configuration failed, but was successfully rolled back.

CRS-4000: Command Replace failed, or completed with errors.

Voting file add failed

Failed to add voting disks at /db/grid/11.2.0/crs/install/crsconfig_lib.pm line 6780.

/db/grid/11.2.0/perl/bin/perl -I/db/grid/11.2.0/perl/lib -I/db/grid/11.2.0/crs/install /db/grid/11.2.0/crs/install/rootcrs.pl execution failed

I checked for the disks and they are there:
