How to Create LOV Based on other parameter

Hi,

I had developed a custom Integrator for loading AR Invoices and i am having requirement like if i selected one organization i need to get the customers List which are created in that Organization only.

Organization is one column and based on that value customer column should get the values.

Kindly Help me how to achieve this requirement.
