Tax calculation based assessable price

Hi

I'm looking for tax calculation based on assessable price. I've created formula and attached it in tax rules. I can manually attach assessable value and tax is calculated based on assessable value. I want to check if assessable value can be populated based on certain set ups.(possibly by using different price list for assessable price calculation)
