Limit access on Invoices and Payments based on Responsibilty

Hello,

We have a requirement to limit the access on the invoices and payments for a certain Responsibility.

ex. If user accesses  Responsibility 'XXXX'  , he sees only  invoices and payments for the suppliers with ids from 1 to n. The list of suppliers(ids 1 to n) is created using  sql statement.

Any help is appreciated.
