How can I add "Recovery Area Free Space (%)" metric thresholds in OEM 12c?

Hello,

I have found very good metric "Recovery Area Free Space (%)" in OEM 12c for my production database.

But I don't understand how I can define thresholds for this metric.

I can't find this metric in the "Metric and Collection Settings" table for my database.
