How to invoke price history using F4211 Edit Line

I have a requirement where in my custom program has to use F4211 MBF to create substituted line at the time of sales order creation. I would like to invoke pricing history (F4074) for this substituted line. Can anyone please advice what value of SOEF and SOMBF flag values that i have to pass in order to invoke price history of a substituted line?
