Who is using the Bidding Process in Unifier

We currently using Unifier (Cloud Version) and are looking at electronic bidding options.  Is there anyone out there using Unifier to receive and process bids/request for proposals/request for qualifications on construction and design contracts?   Since we are a local government agency, I am particularly interested in government related agencies.  I am interested in talking to people using it to see how it is working, how you have it setup and what are some of the limitations.
