E1: XMLP: RD Launched via JDELAUNCHUBEEX2 API Output as BV on the Server (Doc ID 1628710.1)

There is an issue where BI Publisher reports may be output as BV instead of RD when run on the server.

A report fails to work on the server when there is a situation where a UBE calls a business function that uses API jdeLaunchUBEEx2 to launch a second UBE version to dynamically pass in RD - Report Definition.

There is no fixed RD associated with the batch version, and it is submitted without one because the engine cannot find a default RD in F983052 .
