configure data guard broker

Hello,

My environment is 10.2.0.5 RAC with Data guard, however the broker was not configured.  I have em12c setup but, as expected it does not recognize the DG standby.  I would like to know if it is possible to configure the broker from em12c or if I need to do this from the command line.  It has been quite a number of years since I worked with 10G RAC and DG.

If you could point me to the steps, that would be greatly appreciated.

DG is currently in log shipping.  I want to set up the broker and configure real time apply.
