Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi All,

Need a clarification on the document "Error "No more process (multithreaded server) slots available" (Doc ID 1074989.1)".

Consider the below values for parameters,

MaxMTServers = 20

MinMTServers = 20

So when one of the process crashes, then when exactly the above error shows up?
