Problem with messageLovInput--Error 403

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Good Afternoon from Manizales, Colombia.

I have a page in Oracle Application Framework with two regions are rendered, one region has messageLovInput field. When some region is rendered, and I want to use LOV Input, in the emergent window appears this error:

403 Forbidden

Directory browsing not allowed

I attach image with this error.
