BSV assigned to Ledger and LE

Hi,

Can somebody explain what functionality  available under the below condition

Set up

3 BSV, 1 LE,  1 OU  1 Legder

1) All BSV assigned to LE-  This is standard set up. Fine

2) All the BSV assigned to Ledger only-   What functionality available. Same as in 1 above or  we can only use for GL Journals.

Is Subledger Transactions allowed. Means can we use AR, AP OM etc with these BSV

3) 2 BSV assigned to LE and one to Ledger.

What functionality available for BSV assigned to GL. . Same as in 1 above or  we can only use for GL Journals.

Is Subledger Transactions allowed. Means can we user AR AP OM etc with these the BSV assigned to Ledger
