Upgrading OVS Server & OVS Agent

in Oracle VM (OVM) (MOSC) Question

I installed a product called "Oracle Virtual Assembly Builder" ( OVAB 12.1.2.0.0).
For installing OVAB, VM Manager version should be 3.2. So we have upgraded from 3.1.1 to 3.2.7 and VM Manager is working fine.

Now I wanted to know, if we upgrade VM Manager, whether is it required to upgrade OVS Server & OVS Agent as well?
