Managing Grades in OPM
Hello Gurus - One of my OPM customer has the following scenario----
1. Customer receives "Raw Coffee Beans" from the suppliers owning the coffee estates...
2. The "Raw Coffee Beans" then undergo a process of cleaning / husk removal.
3. After the cleaning process, the coffee beans are segregated by a process called "Sifter".
4. After the "Sifting Process", there are 4 grades of the coffee beans - Grade A, Grade B, Grade C and Grade D.
Grade D coffee beans can't be used and to be scrapped.
Depending on the season and other conditions, the quantity of the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C and Grade D output from a given input of Sifted Coffee Bean vary from batch to batch.
