How Migrate BOM ,Item ,Routing and DEMAND from One instance to Another Instance.

I have two instances One is consultants and one Development .

Development Instance cloned from Consultant instance .

But after 4 months need to all BOM , item ,routing and DEMAND from Consultant Instance to Development Instance .

I can't again clone development Instance .

How can transfer all missing BOM,Item,Routing and Demand in Development Instance .
