Agile 9.3.3 and Agile for Pharma 9.3.3 DB Schema

Hi all, I have a fresh install Agile 9.3.3.0.7 instance and I'd like to add Agile for Pharma 9.3.3.

It's a single instance with app, db and wls.

After reading the pharma install guide I couldn't realize if I need to install a new db schema for pharma or a I can upgrade the installed agile schema DB.
