better way to install JDE

Hi,

currently we has following installation:

JDE 9.0 con el TR 8.98.31.

and I want to know what is better way between:

1.     new isntallation clean and then to migrate from old installation to new JDE infraestructure

2.     Realizar la actualización del aplicativo a la última versión y TR estable en el mercado.

3.     and then we want to virtualiza into Hyper-v or WMware

4.     what is better Tr stable into market?
