Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. EBS 12.2 KPI is required to measure Performance

Dears,

we have an ERP EBS 12.2 System under outsource vendor and we need to agree with him on some KPI to meaure his

response and performance
plus the system is healthy in terms of accessiblity and funtionality as well.in clear experienced Matrix if possible please.

the modules are :

Financial ( GL,AP,CE,FA,AR)
SCN ( PO , INV)
HR ( HRMS,Payroll, SSHR,OPM)
OM, LC
