Subinventory entered in SR is not propogated to SO

Hi,

I entered the subinventory details in SR charges tab and submit the charges to OM .

I go to the respective SO form and change the customer information on the SO then automativally the subinventory details coming from SR is getting null.

Can you please tell me the reasom behind this behaviour.
