We created an operating unit attach to a one legal entity with 6 VAT registration.

I'm thinking to create an 5 establishment under the legal entity to be able to create the rules based on the establishment.  How can i link the establishment to my tax rule?  How would the system know that my rule relates to a specific establishment?
