15955263 Patch Hanging

Hi Team,

We are upgrading our EBS R12.1.3 version to R12.2.2. As part of enabling Online patching we are applying patch 15955263. But looks like it is hanging from past 5 Hrs and no progress after compiling invalids. Any work around for this??
